Revisada la petición encuentra la Corte que la misma no cumple con los requisitos necesarios para su procedencia en tanto la memorialista no fue parte en el proceso, no fue vinculada al mismo, ni representó judicialmente a las comunidades amparadas en la providencia de la referencia.
